In accordance with current legislation, refunds can be requested within the first 7 days from the date of purchase.
After this period, refunds will be conditional and evaluated on a case-by-case basis according to the specific circumstances.
However, to provide greater flexibility, we have decided to extend the refund period up to 60 days from the date of purchase.
